The hospitality was limited.

Attempts throughout our stay were made to be friendly but it was effident it was a chore for the inn keepers.

An overzelous dog that should be penned jumped often.

I believe the hosts are not happy with their current employment and should possibly look for an other line of work.

The place itself is lovely as far as the scenery goes.

However, our room did lack detailed ammendities you would expect.

To mention just two items from our list...Is a full ice cube try too much to ask, or an airconditioner?

Stay somewhere else, or come expecting nothing from the inn keepers.

We stayed there just before Christmas, 2004 and loved it. The room had a wood-burning fireplace and was cozy and comfortable - a great place for a romantic winter getaway. They served a full breakfast with pancakes, eggs, etc. The innkeepers were friendly and attentive. They had a sweet new puppy, Elvis, to add a homely feeling. Very relaxing. We're trying to get time to go back. We'll definitely try for the spring, when nearby Winterthur is in full bloom.
