“4th visit to this B & B”

My husband and I have stayed here four times. The renovations look great and the grounds are lovely as well. We liked the addition of the fireplace in the Colonial Room--the room we stayed in during our honeymoon. The new innkeepers are so friendly. Ginger took time to sit and chat with us and share more of the history of the house. She made us feel right at home. Also, she told us about a local farm with the best ice cream ever. Out of the four visits, the breakfast was definitely the best--so delicious and flavorful. Rich especially liked the homemade peanut butter and cheese. We would recommend this Bed & Breakfast to anyone visiting the area. We hope to be back some day for a fifth visit.

This was our first experience in a Bed & Breakfast & we are now spoiled to all others! Ginger has an amazing way of making you feel at home right from the start. This was our first trip to Lancaster also & she gave us great information on just the right places to check out! The house was beautiful. The surroundings peaceful. The towels were so soft. Breakfast was AMAZING & Ginger & Sam made us feel like friends! It was clean & comfy. We loved it!

My wife and I stayed here for our 10th Anniversary. The food was amazing. Ginger the host, even had shoo fly pie(which I love) made specially for me. The house was beautiful and had amazing history which Ginger did a great job explaining to us. We had questions about places we were trying to find and Ginger was quick to give us a recommendation on how to get there and even places that were even better. My wife and I stay at bed and breakfast places quite often and this one was by far the best we have ever stayed at. This is definitely the place you would want to stay when visiting the area. There is no going wrong when staying here.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in the Stoltzfus Bed and Breakfast, which turned out to be an excellent choice. The inn is lovely, the rooms are clean and comfortable, (the sheets are the softest that we have ever slept on; even my husband noticed!) and the food is perfection! The breakfasts that we were served were varied and delicious. It was pleasant falling asleep to the clip clopping of the buggies going by. However, the best part of the inn are the lovely innkeepers, Sam and Ginger, who took the time to sit and chat with us about their home. The inn is very nice just as it is, but there are some renovations taking place which will make it even better.
Someday we hope return to this wonderful inn.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Victorian room, which was quite comfortable.

It was delight to learn more about the both of you each morning and the life you have at home. We are grateful for the suggestions you gave for the extra special touches and the suggestions that will help us get our Koi pond up and running efficiently! We hope your return visit will not be too far into the future!

I recently stayed here with my wife and cannot recommend the property highly enough. Beautiful historic home, exceptional and gracious hosts, spectacular food and just a perfect base to explore the rolling hills of Lancaster and the heart of Amish country (right next to "Bird in the Hand", Intercourse etc). Ginger and Sam run a spotless property, they are familiar with area, local restaurants, various craft and furniture shops etc, and are more than willing to offer advice in any capacity. Stay here and you will not be disappointed.

Room Tip: We had an opportunity to see all the rooms. They were all of excellent quality. They are soon to ope...

This was my first experience at a Bed & Breakfast and the owners really set the bar high! The house has a lot of character and history. You can really tell that Ginger and Sam have put a lot of hard work into making this place great! Food was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. You will be spoiled each morning for breakfast and will find it hard to come home to cook for yourself. The recipes were so different and you will look forward what Ginger comes up for the next morning! One night is definitely not long enough, I would really recommend at least a two night stay. I can't wait to go back to see all the projects that they are working on. This place is only going to get better and better. Ginger and Sam really made feel at home. Oh and I can't forget the coffee, must buy a JURA! Can't wait to go back and visit!

You are too kind and your time with us was too short! When are you coming again? :) You were my first guest who stripped her own bed! You can stay anytime!
