There are some hotels which should not be called hotels at all, well maybe Hostels but even some Hostels and YMCAs are better than this place. The whole place is a dump and stinks and dirty. The rooms have holes on all the walls, where once there was something which has been removed, but the holes haven't even been covered with plaster or cement or even paint. That was not just so in our room but also in about 8 other rooms that we checked. Imagine the sight of dark walls of an undefinable dark-red-indigo-black-brown colour with numerable holes of a very distinctive cement colour gaping at you, a very dark and ugly and dirty carpet, overlooking a huge parking place and there you have your room. Outside the hotel there are dirty patches of spilled beverages which should normally be washed off, by someone who should have some sense of cleanliness. Maybe they haven't heard of the invention of a broom either. I wonder if they have someone called a 'Manager' who should be looking after these things. The driver of the hotel- van doesn't seem to have changed his shirt or trousers for the last uncountable days- easily explained by the presence of numerable crumbs and stains from the previous breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The van is even filthier than the rooms and the hotel has a very bad bad bad policy of picking you up at the airport. Actually the hotel boasts about the free transportation from and to the airport but is it?? I have stayed at numerous hotels all around the world, but this is the first hotel where the hotel van has to be called for from the airport upon arrival and can take upto half hour. Well in that case after a long overseas tiring flight, I am not going to wait for the van but would rather take the taxi. So actually the free transportation isn't quite free is it- well not from my point of view. Maybe that's what the hotel wants, that you take the cab. I agree, going to the airport from the hotel, the van can be booked and was waiting for us. That is about the only good thing I have to say about this hotel. There is nothing to do in this area, so if you have some hours to kill...!!
If I had known that there is a Wyndham next door at the same price, I would have stayed there. Well maybe next time.
There is no such thing as a 'good room'.
