Stayed for one night, the last night of a seven day - 9 state - motorcycle trip. This was the worst hotel we stayed at all week and the most we paid. Since they are just of the hiway, filling rooms with people for one night at a time they don't need to care about their guests.
Check in... greeting was the coldest most unprofessional interaction I have experienced. No smile, friendly greeting, barely any eye contact. Girl behind the desk was very uninterested in answering my questions or offering advice about hotels in the area. Everything was said with a take it or leave it attitude because They Just Don't Care.
You know when you ask about something and you point to it while you're asking and the person answers you without even looking up for a second? That kind of Just Don't Care.
My only request was for a quiet room. She put us beside a family with a crying baby and a barking dog. Because They Just Don't Care.
Rooms...As other posters have said, the rooms are very outdated. Shower head did not work properly, bathroom ceiling was peeling and moldy, TV was old and fuzzy, walls are thin. Hallways smell like a giant ashtray. But why fix or update anything when people are just running down the hiway after one nights stay? They don't need to care.
Check out...We filled out a survey about the room and hotel and it asked us to drop it off at the front desk. When I did the man working the desk in the morning didn't get off his butt as I handed him the papers. Didn't ask how my stay was. Because They Just Don't Care.
Free Breakfast... We were told it ran from 6:30 to 9:30. We had to leave to finish our trip and by 6:45 there was no breakfast ready. Not even coffee.
Do not stay here.

Thank you for your feedback on your recent stay. Please accept my apologies that it was anything less than stellar. Our goal is make every guest's stay a memorable one that shows the care, pride and expertise of our management and staff and we clearly did not live up to this in your eyes. Please know that I will address your concerns with all of the staff that you interacted with so this does not happen again.
