I took 3 teens to Sara's for lunch, as we went right past on our way to the beach in Presque Isle State Park, PA. We all loved our experience there with onion rings, fries, and fish sandwiches. We sat outside under a picnic umbrella, and were pleased with the cleanliness. A bit noisy by the roadside, but OK. Then, after the beach, we passed by Sara's again on our way back home, so we stopped for ice cream and milkshakes. This time we liked driving over the old fashioned hose in the drive thru that rang a bell, like it used to be in gas stations, alerting attendants that they had a customer! The orange sherbet-vanilla twist soft cone was really good, and the peanut butter shake and hot fudge shakes were also a hit. Good location for the Waldemeer Water Park, too.
