“Great place!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 18, 2013

A great country bar, good food, good service, a little on the dark side, everything a smoky dive bar should be.

“Food was good, but still a smoking facility - really?!?!?”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 23, 2012

As this was only choice within walking distance of our hotel, save the McDonald's next door, we stopped it. Yes, the smoking policy is posted on the door of the joint, but being almost evening and not wanting to hop back on the motorcycle and ride at night, we went it. I would give Doc's a better rating, because the wings and sandwiches were tasty, but the fact that they still permit smoking at this place is a mystery to me. More folks were eating than drinking, so I think they don't accurately report the percentage of food sales to the state. Service was also very good, as they had one server who was handling at least 10 tables herself and doing so very efficiently. Sorry, in this day and age, I don't want to be sucking in someone else's secondhand smoke with my food.
