The Millcreak Mall has a lot of great stores in it, but you have to decide for yourself, what kind of shopping you're here to do. I was looking for work/dress clothes and found incredible savings at Eddie Bauer in side the mall. They also have a large JC Penny and Macy's as well, but many more options here is the link: http://www.millcreekmall.net/store/index.ch2
The downsides are that the food court is really poor. You can always go to Subway for a reliable and decent lunch, but there aren't many good options here. (Cracker Barrel is close by and good value for your money). The Burlington Coat Factory has moved from the mall, so be mindful of this change and also many other great stores are a far walk outside, across from the mall, which includes Old Navy, Linens & More, and Shoe Carnival.
But overall, lots of great shopping here. It's definitely with the stop-over if you make the time.
