I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Ephrata, Pa. The staff was very friendly, the room very comfortable (a little bit small for a suite I thought but still very nice). Very comforatble bed and nice view. I would def. recommend this hotel to anyone and I would stay there again.

We took two rooms in this hotel Apr 2007. One room was a type of studio suite and the other a regular room. In the suite stayed a family with three small kids. The suite was very spacious, it had a very nice view. The hotel looks new, everything is in great shape, the beds very comfortable. A nice breakfast was included in the price of the room.
We loved the hotel and would be happy to return there.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn Ephrata for one night. The hotel is well-located in Ephrata, very close to the downtown. The room was a double queen and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the perks of my stay, which included free highspeed internet in the rooms and a computer terminal in the lobby and the a good complimentary breakfast bar (which actually included hot items). The staff was very helpful, case in point: In the evening the toilet in my room became inoperable; since the plumber was not available, they moved me into another room. The day after I checked out, I discovered I left my pajamas in the room. I called the front desk (very early in the morning) and they got back to me the next day--they found my clothes and connected me to UPS to handle the shipping details. Good customer service and a nice place to stay-- you can't go wrong with this hotel if you're looking for a place to stay in Ephrata.

We stayed here at the recommendation of a family member, we were not even aware it existed. WE LOVED IT!!
Entire hotel including rooms immaculate!!!
Great breakfast, only suggestion is to maybe expand hours to accomadate early riser "antiquers". But hours fine for "normal" guests I guess. We come here as most do to antique. All in all a great experience this will be our new "home" when we come to area.

Our family stayed at this hotel for one night when we visited Hershey's park. This hotel was about 25 minutes away from Hershey's Park. It's not as close to the park as some other hotels, but the extra time of travel was worth it. The hotel is new and very clean. The room is very spaciuos, especially the bath room. The complimentary hot breakfast was excellent. There was a hotel staff who went around the breakfast room offering stickers to children. The town the hotel was in seemed very nice as we drove by. Applebee resturant is just next door to the hotel. The only minor problem is that the room we stayed in did not have a refrigerator. The price of the hotel is less than those closer to the park. Since a great breakfast was included in the price, it's a great deal.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn Ephrata with my girlfriend for an overnight visit. This is a very nice, clean, brand new hotel in the middle of Ephrata, overlooking the valley just to the West. The location is great, the hotel offers good amenities, the staff is friendly and helpful as we have come to expect from the Hampton Inn chain. Rooms are mid size, A/C works well (the room was at a comfortable temperature when we arrived). We would definitely stay at this hotel again, especially since the other two Hilton brands that we stayed in on this trip (Doubletree and Garden Inn) seriously disappointed. The only thing that put us off was the new Hilton effort to solicit as much feedback from their guests as possible, including the "Catch me at my Best" campaign. Granted, hotels in this category are fiercely competing with eachother, but there is something as too much of a good thing.

There is an Applebee's next door but no other chain restaurants; a quiet stroll through downtown historic Ephrata is an added convenience (although you are not going to find many facilities open after regular business hours). Ephrata is a bustling small community and preferable over larger Lancaster with its obvious downtown crime problems, industrial areas and such. We enjoyed our stay at this Hampton Inn and will definitely be back.
