“AWESOME”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 10, 2009

We just did an overnight get away for our anniversary and Easton is driving distance from home. We didn't expect much but the hotel was AWESOME to say the least and we had a blast in Easton as well. Toured the Wyerbacher brewery, went out for an awesome dinner, and had such a comfy stay at the Grand Estonian...definitely recommend it.

We stayed here for a weekend and had a blast. Loved having the large space to spread out in. Continental breakfast was included from the small food store downstairs. Not a traditional hotel because it's actually a condo building where they're renting out the empty units which makes some of the features a little strange (code to get in the building, no room keys, funky parking) but the strangeness is more than made up for by the extra amenities the place offers. Full kitchen, separate bedrooms & living rooms, multiple bathrooms, multiple TV's, fitness room & indoor pool - all great features that are unusual for this price. In addition, the town of Easton is really cute with great restaurants and a nice downtown to walk around. Casino in Bethlehem is 20 minutes away.

The room and location were great and the service was good. Never wanted to leave the room.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel and the suite we stayed in was clean and exceeded expectations. We were in town to visit the Crayola Factory and only stayed one night. The location is great - everything you need is within walking distance. We did have issues with check-in/out. Their process requires they make a photocopy of your driver's license and credit card as well as electronic preauthorization of your credit card (which seemed excessive and made me wary). In addition, be sure to inventory the mini-bar snacks and drinks and provide any discrepancies in writing to the front desk.

New, modern, spacious, gorgeous!!! It was like staying in a million dollar home instead of a hotel room. Everything was perfect! The staff was very friendly and helpful. This has to be the best hotel I have ever stayed in! After staying here, I can't even imagine going back to a regular hotel. I also could not believe how affordable it was. I really can not say enough nice things about this hotel! I can't wait to stay again! I will be back!

We stayed only one night and wish it would have been more. It would be easy to live in the suite we stayed in.
The only thing that was a bit of an inconvenience was the heat/ AC unit was load and if you are a light sleeper it kept you awake.

I had business to do with Lafayette College and wanted a nice hotel close to campus. While there's a B&B nearby, I wanted a hotel in town close to some nice restaurants.

The Grand Eastonian Suites Hotel exceeded my expectations. It's stunning and my suite was spacious, very clean and priced below a mid market chain hotel on Rt 78.

This place is a hidden gem and while I did not need a suite, it was very nice to have.

I strongly reccommend this place to anyone visiting Lafayette College or Western NJ.

  • Liked — Hugh suites, furnished with class and very very clean
  • Disliked — I wish I knew of the Grand Eastonian Suites Hotel before.
