This restaurant used to be really good when they first opened up. They took pride in it, but then the quality fell off. Then they were under new management and they improved and then then fell off again. Then they raised their prices and no longer included a drink, that is extra now. Its not the huge Shady Maple Smorgashbord. They don't have a HUGE facility, staff, and selection. It was almost $60 for 4 people to eat dinner at a BUFFET.
My August 24th visit had food on the tile floors, a manager replaced the mashed potatoes right in front of me and a plop of potatoes dropped on the floor and he just left it there and walked away. He half-heartedly wiped the counter afterward, but the mashed potatoes remained on the floor. Not exactly the example setter for the rest of the employees. The gentlemen that cuts the steaks (hispanic gentlemen) has been there for years and he maintains his wonderful personality. I'm sorry I do not remember his name.
