“Great beer and burgers place”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 17, 2012

Nice bar and the food is really very good for bar food. Food at many restaurants is not nearly as good.

Prices are right and the staff friendly and helpful.

“Excellent bar with above average food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 24, 2012 via mobile

Actually ate here two nights in a row, the first night I had the meatloaf topped with Gorgonzola cream, garlic mashed potatoes. It was house made and excellent and it was only $11 and came with salad and veg and the portion was huge. The next night I noticed frito pie on the menu which suggested a southern influence and sure enough one of the owners had spent some time in Oklahoma. I asked them to choose for me and they suggested the ribs, they were outstanding. Again, prepared in house from scratch, really nicely done. The place is clean, certainly not pretentious, plenty of tvs for watching sports. This is a place that guys would love and the date would love it too because the food is great. I will be back, next up will be the frito pie.

“Good Value”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 31, 2011

I have eaten here many times and have done take out. The food is usually pretty good, but at times the service is slow. I can honestly say I have never had a bad meal here. Once you get past the at times rowdy bar crowd and seated at a table it is not bad. This place is by no means a "five star" or uppity place to eat. If you want decent food and drinks at a reasonable price this place is great.
