I've stayed here a few times since it's close to 7 Springs. We had dinner the night before at the resort and didn't want to drive the 1:45 home.
I honestly think that this place survives as it does only because of its location. Our room was $89 +.. its probably a $59-$69 room anywhere else. We had an "upgraded poolside room" with 2 queen beds. A 1990's TV, a 1960's bathroom, semi clean carpeting, mid to average beds with plenty of pillows, and new A/C unit. I dare you to try and get a comfortable water temperature in the shower. They have 1 ice machine that is up by the office, quite the ways from the 300 rooms. Guess what, it was not only nasty looking, but out of order. You have to go to the desk and they will give you a small bag of ice from their frig. Obviously the ice machine has been out of order for quite a while. The ice that they give you was a pre-made big lump of ice in a bag from their freezer in the back.
There's really nothing special about this property other than they are the cheapest in the area close to the resort.
