All luggage must be carried, as there are no carts, and there is nowhere to park except the handicapped spots to bring in luggage. The clerk was rude and unhelpful, especially when I had an issue with our non-smoking room and the hallway outside of it reeking of smoke. When I went to the desk to ask for resolution, he was more interested in watching the big-screen TV behind me than helping. When I told him I wanted to be moved, he said there were no other rooms and went back to watching TV. I asked him if that was his way of resolving the issue, and he just stared at me. I told him to come and smell for himself, and he sighed in exasperation and jumped up from behind the desk, strode down the hall, took a deep breath, and put both his hands out, looking at me like I had two heads. He said, I don't smell anything and went back to his desk. We had, unfortunately, booked a two night stay, and all of the hotels around us were booked. I would have left if I could have. I felt trapped there, and the sign they have in the room saying they want you to have a wonderful stay, and if everything is not to your satisfaction, they will make it right or refund what they cannot was a slap in the face. Also, the signs on the side doors to the hotel say that they lock at 11pm for the safety of the guests. They do not. That made me feel really safe. I am home now, and the clothes in my luggage stink. I am done with Super 8's.
