“Great bar food and beer!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 27, 2012

The Boathouse is a great place for bar food and beer. It is located in the heart of Conshy right on Fayette Street.

If you are coming here for a fancy gourmet meal, you're in the wrong place. Don't get me wrong the food is good but this is a casual, fun place to grab a bite and a beer and maybe watch a game. There are plenty of TVs at the bar and in the restaurant area.

The beer list is unbelievable - pages and pages long. The wings are great and I was not a "wings" type person. I am now after having them here. They have over 10 types of wings. Traditional - mild, hot, etc as well as great sauces like peanut thai, chiptole lime, asian lime, etc.

The nachos are huge; the quesadillas are very tasty. There are also specials including appetizers and entrees. Prices are reasonable and there is always a beer special going on.

Give it a try - you won't be disappointed.

“Great beer, good atmospher”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 5, 2011

I've eaten here a few times when in the area on business. It's a bar with a child friendly restaurant serving good quality American fare. The selection of beers however is awesome & well worth having a go with a few samplers.

“I like it”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 25, 2008

I have eaten here quite a few times in the past and recently. This is a bar with a restaurant that offers possibly the best wings you will find in the area. I have tried many different menu items and can honestly say I never had a bad meal here. The burgers are awesome and large. The prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is good in the bar area if you like sports or want to just meet up with friends. The dining area is clean and the service always seems to be good. I wish I had a place near my home like this.
