The Inn is a beautiful home in a perfect setting. It is clean and the grounds are well kept. The owners are amazing and the breakfast each morning were excellent. It is in a convenient location that allows you to do other things if you so choose. The Hearthside room is amazing so if you can get that room it would be awesome!

We spent two nights at this lovely inn. It was a former summer home (mansion) and built in 1900. The hosts were very nice and the breakfasts were wonderful. Although the decor in the rooms was nothing special, they were clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We visited Gettysburg and the Adams County Winery while we were there and would recommend both attractions.

Inn is beautiful and well-kept. Rae's Creek bathroom is mystifying. Clean, spacious, but no door on it (toilet in "closet" for privacy). Shower head mounted low, but removable (flexible pipe/hose). Shower curtains cling to you when they get wet. Small tub. Holding/positioning shower curtain, while simultaneously showering/shaving all the while pushing the curtains off of you makes for some Cirque du Soleil style acrobatics.

I must start off by saying that my soon to be husband and I have stayed in many B&Bs throughout the years we've been together, I first got him into them in 2009 and have now stayed in several in 4 different countries and this B&B has THE BEST breakfast out of all of them! The owners are extremely nice and the house is wonderful. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was nice and airy. There was AC in the room which was great because the honeymoon suite is the most secluded room on the third floor.

They have a great backyard and there's even a stream running through it. They also have a path that meanders through the woods which is quite nice if you want some nature. I saw a bunny when I went exploring!

I would really recommend this B&B if you like B&Bs and if you're going to be in the Gettysburg area. The trip to the battlefields is only about half an hour and it's an easy drive.
