“Always a favorite but needs help with details”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 12, 2012

I'm always a panera fan, and will continue to eat there (especially the Thai Chopped Chicken Salad and just about any soup!) but this particular location doesn't seem to pay that close attention. The last two times I ordered my favorite salad to go, they gave me the wrong dressing. They are clearly labeled with different colors for different dressings, and each had a different expiration date which was strange. I'll go back, but shouldn't have to ask them to double check such a simple thing.

“Good food, clean restaurant, love the Cuban Chicken!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 21, 2011

Great halfway point on the way to my daughter's college. Friendly staff, comfy chairs, free WIFI, clean restaurant, usually busy but not overly crowded. I always get the Cuban Chicken panini and a low-fat wild berry smoothie, and they never disappoint! Broccoli cheddar and chicken&rice soups are both very good. Some may consider it a little pricey for a chain cafe/bakery, but personally I think it's worth it.
