Bonnie and her staff are fantastic. We visited The Bowers Hotel for dinner, with children, and from that visit we knew that The Bowers Hotel was where we wanted to have our wedding lunch.
We couldn't be more thrilled when Bonnie said she could do a wedding lunch for us. Bonnie got to know us very well through our family dining visits and the progressing wedding lunch plan visits. They were not a lot of visits, but she sure does have intuitiveness to her. Plus Bonnie really wanted for us to have a pleasant dining experience on every visit. She is wonderful.
Bonnie and her chef were more than happy to accommodate the many and varied dietary needs for a wedding lunch. We have vegetarians, non salt eaters, non sugar eaters and fussy children eaters. None was an issue for Bonnie and her staff. Her servers were wonderful and the whole venue, from decor, to space to lighting was everything we were looking for. Bonnie also accommodates a friend of ours who made 12 center piece cakes and a three tiered wedding cake! Bonnie and her staff are amazing!
Since Bonnie took new ownership, the word is getting out. The Bowers Hotel really does have that small, country, at home feel to it. The servers are wonderful and on the ball! So much so that I asked for specific servers and Bonnie was happy to oblige (by the way, we never had a bad server at all, but there are a few who are particularly good with my children).
Bonnie added personal touches, too. Just because that is the sort of person she is. AND THAT IS WHAT GIVES THE BOWERS HOTEL THE REAL COUNTRY WELCOME ATMOSPHERE!
Yes, word will continue to get out, and The Bowers Hotel will continue to grow a larger following, and I'm glad we were one of the first!
Thank YOU, Bonnie and your husband AND wonderful, wonderful staff!
