This is the 2nd time we stayed here and it has been consistently excellent. The suite is very comfortable, and has plenty of living room, nice HDTV, amenities, etc. We had a nice view of the mountains in the distance, from our 5th floor room in the back of the hotel. I appreciate the 24/7 coffee available in the lobby. The breakfast buffet has a nice selection of fresh fruit, DIY waffles, cereal, yogurt, bagels, muffins, buns, eggs, bacon, etc and is well-maintained by attentive staff. The egg omelet is excellent! Usually buffet style scrambled eggs are too "wet" for me, but these omelets are pre-made and nicely done. They make a nice omelet-bacon-bagel sandwich!
(P.S. If you get hungry at midnight, check out Dean's Diner a couple miles down the road)

Stayed here June 1. It was a beautiful hotel. The golf course was amazing .The staff at the desk was so helpful. Our room was beautiful, The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Pool Toys and towels were provided which was a big plus. The breakfast was outstanding. Not your average doughnut. They had omeletes, waffles and fresh fruit. I was so pleased with this place. We got the idlewild Park fun Pass. It was a great deal. We will stay here again for sure!!!

Ok, I am a golf nut, so I am somewhat biased because of the location, but really, the 2 and 2 1/2 star ratings for this hotel are laughable! We stayed 3 nights while visiting family nearby and loved the place. Large room, large bath, flat screen HD TV, fridge and microwave, very friendly staff, nice great room and dining area off the lobby, decent (not great) breakfast included, and oh, did I mention the golf course??? Chestnut Ridge is a first rate facility with two 18 hole tracks, gorgeous views and meticulously groomed fairways and greens. Played twice, $49 with cart on weekend and $45 on weekdays...great bargains from my perspective coming from California where those rates would maybe get you a mediocre muni. We will be back. My wife loved the place too and she isn't even a golfer.

This was a typical Hampton. Comfortable rooms, decent bathrooms. The breakfast was well below par, though (sausage gravy that looked and smelled like leftover wallpaper paste) and these Hamptonians were very much about passing the buck for helping a guest. Being out in the middle of nowhere, there isn't a lot of Hilton to choose from, and it isn't bad enough NOT to go back -- but if there was another choice, I'd take it.
