Stayed here one time when it was Courtyard and the hotel wasn't much then and is even worse now. Checkin staff were friendly even though one made a comment about my ID making me look mad. We stayed on the 6th floor and there was some sort of exhaust fan on the roof that ran non-stop all night long. Sounded like a helicopter was landing and just running the motor. We eventually got used to it but its annoying all the same. Our first night the occupants of the next room were playing slap and tickle and bouncing off the walls at midnight. We could hear every word that was said. Luckily they checked out the next day. The elevators make horrible noises and if we weren't on the 6th floor we would have taken the stairs to our room. Breakfast was eggs and sausage links. I'm on a special diet but was able to make due with the choices - coffee was horrible very bitter. There's no signage on Street Road to direct you to the hotel and at night its even worse trying to find the turn off plus there's no sign on the hotel itself. The room needed maintenance and better housekeeping staff. The bed skirt was half off the bed showing a big nasty stain on the mattress. They never replaced the cups in the room and towards the end of our stay they didn't replace the towels and left wash clothes in the tub. The tub had some nasty looking mold as well. As for parking, they need to trim the tree's up and add more lighting. We opted for this hotel because we needed two rooms and thought we were getting a good price but sometimes you get what you pay for. Even if we needed only one room and got the same price we wouldn't stay here again that's for sure. I'd sooner pay a bit more and get a better hotel. Even the Sleep Inn down the road is better than this one.

Room Tip: Don't stay on the 6th floor and beware that the walls are not noise proof.

As with other reviewers this place was not up to my "normal" standards. It was converthed from a Courtyard property and does need some work. We did not have any wall paper issues in our room but a lot of the electical plugs did not work. My wife has allegies and she had an attack while in the room - could not figure out what it was from - it was the duck feathered pillows. Called the front desk to swith out - phone was busy severfla times. Spoke with management nex morning - they do not provide allegy free rooms - must ask in advance and the will prepare it that way fro you. Securty is weak - wedding held and the party was large and loud - all floors until 3am. Halls smelled like a bar. Stains on wals and carpets. Attention to detail needed. Not to sure i would stay here again.

Room Tip: Ask in advance for a allegy free room if you have this issue.

Please shut this place down until it has been renovated... Yuck and more Yuck! Filthy carpets.. Filthy elevators.. Filthy furnishings.. Just nasty. The free breakfast buffet was even disgusting with the only hot items as eggs and potatoes.. Bar area where you eat breakfast was dirty as well. Stains on bed linens.. Sticky carpet in room.. Hair in sink.. Toilet that wouldn't stop running.. Bathroom door lock broken.

A group of us stayed at the hotel for a family wedding. The first impression is that it appears to be an old Courtyard or Hampton Inn. Even the letterhead looks mimicked from a Hampton Inn. The second impression is that the hotel is a little worn for wear. Tears in wallpaper and worn carpet. Everything was clean enough though so it met our needs. TV was a tube TV - how quaint.

The breakfast was slim pickings. Hot food was scrambled eggs and potatoes - no other choices. Cold was cereal, some yogurt and a few slices of mellon. Coffee was bitter.

Scary that on the morning of our stay police were investigating vehicle breakin(s) in the parking lot.

For the price and location the value was OK. But not up to a Courtyard or Residence Inn where I usually stay. Would I recommend staying here? If you have no comprable choices or you want to be walking distance from the casino, you will be fine. If you are a little more discriminating, check other options.

Stayed at this hotel while on a business trip. This is a very average hotel/motel and would not have been my first selection, or 2nd and 3rd for that matter. The room was ok, clean enough for the 2 night stay. The best part of the location is the close proximity to Carabbas. Will not return.

I would stay again. I booked on Travelocity for a better rate then what the hotel can offer. Room was clean. If I wanted to go over everything with a fine tooth comb, yes you can find things (some furniture chipped, window sill wall paper starting to peel). Not really a deal breaker. Front desk help was very helpful. Even offered FREE breakfest (eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels, yogurt, some fruit, beverages). The lot was a little dark, I guess they can add some more lights. Good value for the $.

Was searching hotels within a 10 minute drive of sesame place. I brought my almost 2 year old son and three year old nephew. I had been here before when it was a courtyard marriott about a year ago.

Pros: used to be a courtyard so you know the bedding will be nice a comfortable. You can request to have a fridge and/or microwave in your room at no cost. It is also a 4 min walk to parx casino which is right there. Breakfast was decent.

Cons: they seem to be slightly under staffed. We needed extra sheets and blankets for the boys who were in a pack and play and cot so I called down for them. We arrived late so boys were tired. I called back 30 min later and guy said he will do it when lobby is clear. He was very nice but he was doing too many duties. I told him I would go down to get them if that would help and that's what I did. Coffee wasn't very good in lobby.

Hint: rate was 89 on most sites but I got a 15% discount booking through expedia app on my smart phone. If you got a smartphone check that out

Overall: why pay 120 for a sleep inn or similar when you can pay 76 bucks and get a prior courtyard marriott. 80 bucks with breakfast and right next to casino can't be beat.
