Had the Ceviche tostada and Chile Relleno. Both were great! Ceviche is had to find in the Northwest. Luis's is fantastic! Loaded with shrimp, tomatoes, onions and lime, it was the best I've had North of the border. The Chile Relleno was delicious and served with an unusual warm red sauce the complimented the Chile. All of Luis's sauces and salsas were homemade. The homemade corn tortillas were seared on the flat top and served hot. Maybe the best thing on my plate. Luis's Rocks! 7 minutes East of boring I-5. Well worth the short detour to "Old Town Woodburn."
