Right by the side of the road with ample parking this is the perfect stop on the way from Portland southeast. Extremely polite, friendly, attentive (without being intrusive) staff who are knowledgeable about food, beer and their wine.
Really good down-to-earth food, prompt service and good value. Super decor with hunting trophies, ski/snow memorabilia nice seating booths just the right size so you can talk without shouting and there's still room for food on the table. The ambient noise level masks a private conversation with no need to raise your voice just to be heard.
Altogether a great experience, keep your eye open as you barrel down route 26 .
