“OK Vietnamese Food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 1, 2012

I love Vietnamese food and was excited when I read the reviews for this restaurant in Tualatin. We tried it this evening and found it to be fine, but not great. The salad rolls each contained a large shrimp which was very nice, but the taste of the rolls was bland, despite having too much cilantro. I tried the pork and eggroll Bun and found it way over cooked. The eggrolls and pork were dry and pretty tasteless and the noodles were limp and sticky. Not a great dish.

My spouse tried the Sesame Beef and the meat was dried out. The highlight of the meal was the steamed rice! Steamed rice should not be the strongest element of a meal.

On the plus side, the people running the restaurant were very friendly and the service was fast.

All in all, when I want Vietnamese food, there are better choices.

“Great Food!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 14, 2012 via mobile

This is a small family owned place with 3 generations minding the store. As a result there is a strong commitment to service and customer satisfaction.

My wife was born in Thailand so she loves Thai Food, our college ages daughter is a newly minted vegan and our two boys like to eat - ALOT. this is one place where we can all leave happy. Great selection of Pho, stir fry and curry dishes that ring true to style and are prepared fresh. Don't miss the salad rolls and the Tofu salad appeals to all tastes.

The atmosphere is pretty low key but about what I would expect from a family owned restaurant located in a strip mall. The place is CLEAN and the food is GREAT!

“Great Local Spot For Fresh Quality Food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 12, 2011

This is an EXCELLENT family owned restaurant tucked away just off the beaten path of Tualatin-Sherwood road in Tualatin. Don't let the location fool you as it did me before trying. The food is fabulous and the vegetables are not over cooked, providing the right balance of freshness and flavors. I recently tried #13, Vermicelli with egg roll and grilled sliced pork. Pricing is extremely reasonable too. I've eaten here several times before reviewing and it's consistently excellent!! Go and enjoy!
