We were at the mall shopping and thought this would be a great place to satisfy some hungry but varied appetites. My last review in January was during the busy lunch hour, so I thought that coming for a late lunch (1:45 arrival) would be okay. First off my Mom ordered was deciding between soups, and the waitress recommended the Chicken Tortilla soup, saying it was a huge stack of tasty ingredients. So she ordered it. My sister and I shared the spicy ahi tuna tempura roll as an appetizer, and she ordered the Chinese Chicken Salad, and I ordered the Sante Fe salad as our Mains. Then we waited, and waited. The app came at the same time as our salads, but still my Mom's soup was nowhere to be seen. The waitress passed by several times before she finally stopped to say that it was a complicated soup to make and should be out shortly. (thanks goodness for the bread - that we had to ask for - so she could have a tidbit) Finally her soup came and it was a basic bowl of soup! Nothing special or extravagant, in fact it looked like it came out of a can. (I love that type of soup, and this was so blah I didn't even want to taste hers) Needless to say she was very disappointed. The Ahi App was okay, but not great. My Santa Fe salad was limp and kindof gross. Usually when I order a big expensive salad, I take at least 1/3 home and make a wrap out of it for another meal. not this one...it looked like all the lettuce and veggies had sat out in the open for a week. yuk. My sister's Chinese chicken salad was the highlight, and she said it was only average. So the service was slow and the meals poor to average, and I'm 0 for 2 with C Factory for 2013. On an afternote, we were all running for the Loo within an hour from our meal - not a good sign. I don't think I will be back to this location: the Thirsty Lion across the road is a better bet
