You can't go wrong with almost anything you select from this extensive menu - you'll find traditional Polish foods familiar in American cuisine but they taste so totally different here thanks to exotic spices and herbs. The dill flavor is fresh and so good in sauces. So far I've tried ghoulash, pierogies, priroshkes, stuffed cabbage, meatloaf and cutlets and all were delicious. There are many unusual sausages that I haven't tried yet. Red cabbage, sauerkraut, salads were so good, and barley as a side in one of the meals was unexpected and wonderfully nutty.
Also unexpected but delightful is the Polish beer menu.
The atmosphere is lovely too - hidden away at the back of a Talent strip mall, you'd never expect the muted lighting, soft textiles and high ceilings of this restaurant. I felt I'd stepped into another time and place when I entered the door. And the view over the valley and to the mountains is an exquisite addition.
You'd never guess. You just have to go!
