“Average diner”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 9, 2013

It was the big sign outside for Hot Blackberry Cobbler that got my attention. Could not wait! However when we were ordering we were told they were out, they cannot keep enough on hand. Found out they do not make it there, it is brought frozen from somewhere else. Two big disappointments. Tried the clam chowder and it was actually very good. Don't know if they make it, but it tasted like they did. It had lots of large clams. Also the French dip was very good. Everything on the menu was typical diner food.

“Breakfast was so-so...”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 27, 2013

Stopped in for breakfast on the way to WA from CA. It's right off the 5 freeway, easy off, easy on. Walked in to 80's salmon pink and mint décor (yikes!) but it was very clean. Service was initially prompt but took forever to get our food. We were anxious to get on the road so when the food came, we wolfed it down. My husband got eggs with bell pepper & onion and complained about it basically for the rest of our trip. I got French toast but it wasn't even warm. Since it took so long to get our food, I think it was cooked right away but sat there waiting to be delivered. It happens... server was pleasant and the coffee was good. We try to spend our money on local establishments but that's why corporate food is successful, you know what to expect and get it. Going to Denny's the next time.

Decent food and coffee. Great customer service. Clean and comfortable. The meat loaf is delicious. We would eat here again.

Nothing positive in the whole experience. Drive in food is better and much quicker. What else is there to say?? YUCK!!

“Limp french fries”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 25, 2013

The restaurant is clean and appealing. Portion sizes were good, but the fried food was poorly executed. I ordered fish and chips, which came with cole slaw. The cole slaw was fine, however, the deep fat fried fish and chips weren't crispy. There was a light coating on the fish, which was browned, but not at all crispy. The fries were worse in that they were not only not crispy, but slightly cold and limp. I couldn't eat the fries. I should say that, although the fish wasn't crispy, it tasted fine.
