“Private and Peaceful!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2014

Not only is Five Pine Lodge a peaceful place to be - the individual cabin nestled amounst the trees make for a private and romantic setting. We stayed in one of the Romance Cabins at the back of the property - they have a fantastic view of the forest from your deck! My husband and I needed an over-night get-a-way, and this was perfect! There are so many homey places to shop and eat in nearby Sisters - and a fairly short drive to Bend - so Five Pine Lodge is the perfect location. There is a mexican restaurant right next door....very good food! We ordered take-out and brough it back to our cabin! We will definately be back!

Room Tip: I recommend the "Romance Cabins" ......wonderful view of trees from your back deck.

My wife and I went to Five Pine Lodge for the week of Mothers Day and this was our 7th year in a row of going there. This year they had for the frist time a Mothers Day Brunch which was the
best one we have ever had, we have gone to brunch's at many hotels around the US and never had one as good as good as this one before. It was Frist Class, choices of items offered to live music made my wife's Mothers Day the best ever! We stayed in our favorite cabin again and had a wonderful 4 days there. The healthy breakfast every morning was wonderful the staff was like always very perfessional. After seven years of going to Five Pine Lodge my wife and I still get excited every time like our frist time there. The staff keep the cabins and property as new looking now as seven years ago.

Room Tip: All the cabins and the rooms in the lodge are great .

The cabin was spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The homemade scones and beautiful platter of fresh fruit were a breakfast treat! We dined at the local Brew Pub. And we enjoyed 18 holes of golf at Aspen Lakes where we were surrounded by snow capped peaks. We will return!!

This really is a wonderful lodge! As others have mentioned, it feels like you are miles away in the pines yet so close to town. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the hiking trails accessible from the lodge. Breakfast was well done with yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, bagels, juices, etc. The cabins are very well appointed and quiet, even if you are closer to the road (to our surprise). We enjoyed their wine & dine package which included dinner Jen's Garden, a spot in our opinion, should not be missed when visiting this area. We also enjoyed Three Creeks Brewing within walking distance of the cabin - expected pub food, but found it to be so much better in quality with a modest price point. I did not use the spa on this visit, but have been there once and found had a wonderful manicure & pedicure. We look forward to returning!

Room Tip: Some rooms are pet friendly. Cabins in the back will the most quiet, especially during the busy sea...

Green Features: Well done. We appreciated the recycling, refilled coffee jars, and refilled bath soap/shampoo/lotion.

Felt like we were deep in the woods when we were only a little ways from town. Stunning craftsmanship in and outside the hotel. Super clean, super friendly staff and super accommodations. We used their bikes to ride into town and check things out early in the morning before the Quilt show actually started.

You combine Sisters with the 5P Lodge and you got a winning ticket. We took the kids and had one of the larger cabins. One of the best I've seen in a long time. Amenities are a nice treat (beer tasting, ...). I'd definitely recommend.

Loved our 3 night getaway to the Five Pine Lodge! The comfort and romantic cabin exceeded my expectations. Location is close to great shopping in Sisters and Bend. We brought our mountain bikes for a wonderful ride on Peterson Ridge. The lodge also has bikes for guests to use. We will be back next month!
