Our family stayed here in July of 2003. This is a golf resort in the middle of the Sisters Vacation area. Unfortunately when we were there, it was over 100 degrees & there is no air coditioning so it was very, very hot. However, the management brought us fans to use & the resort has 4 pools. We stayed in one of the rental vacation homes. If I stayed here again, I would stay in the Lodge Condominiums because of its proximity to the activities for the children & the restaurant is also closer. This is a lovely place with lots to do, a great family vacation spot.

Black Butte Ranch is the most beautiful place in the Northwest. I went every summer when growing up. It is so relaxing - It is small enough for a community feel, yet large enough for many recreational activities, such as boating, swimming, hiking, biking, golfing, running, etc.I highly recommend going and also visiting Bend Oregon, only 40 minutes away.
