“Serene and inviting”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 5, 2013

It is only a short walk to the falls and there is a path that follows the water that is very relaxing. It is natural and beautiful. It is a good place to just relax for a short time and enjoy the falls and the wooded area. The falls is powerful, rushing and mesmerizing. Each time we visit the falls, there are only a few people there so you are able to just enjoy the beauty.

“WRONG TRIPADVISOR DIRECTIONS!!!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed September 2, 2013 via mobile

We drove around for an hour near the area shown on the tripadvisor map. After going to a different website we realized this is right by Clear Lake which is 35 or so miles away from "Holmes Rd". Hopefully I can avoid you some frustration if you are relying on tripadvisor's map...

“Worth seeing”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 9, 2013 via mobile

Beautiful falls with just a short walk between the 2. We did the loop and visited the Dee Wright Observatory to see the lava flows so approached driving south where we parked at Koosah falls and walked up to Sahalie. There is good parking at Koosah as everyone parks at Sahalie. It's a good 40 minute drive from Sisters and the loop took a couple of hours but well worth it for the views

“2 waterfalls within 1/2 mile of each other”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2013

These two waterfalls are just off the highway and can be accessed via a short trail or you can park at one waterfall and walk the 1/2 mile to the other one. They have large volumes of water that flow from them. We were there a few days ago and they were quite spectacular! Great photo opportunities with a small amount of time to do it in.
