Man this place is a classic tourist trap, overpriced and tacky. First impulse was to run fr the door and spent the next 2 hours wishing we had.
Waiter was nice and did his best, but he was new and clearly no one had taken time to train him, so he had our sympathy as he was tryin his best.
The food was unbelievably bad, canned-tasting tomato sauce -razor-thin slices of dried up french bread, asked for pasta with my steak instead of pot/veg which was apparently unheard of in an "Italian " restaurant. After begging the chef the waiter finally brought out my steak with some sad lookin veg and plain pasta (no sauce nothing!) clearly the chef showin us all who's boss. I worked most of my life in the restaurant business and I'm Italian so that's what I get for ignoring my instincts and giving this place a chance. Whatever you do give this place a pass. Other diners looked equally disenchanted as the evening wore on....
