The snack bar has terrific staff. They were cheerful, fast, and concerned about our satisfaction. During the entire week of our event at the center we ate lunch at the snack bar because the food was very good and the prices very reasonable.
The Convention Center building is nice, but be sure to wear wool socks. Also, it's best to dress in layers since the heating/cooling is erratic. In the back left corner of the building it's freezing and up on the balcony levels is very warm.
Even with several hundred people at our event every day, the women's bathroom was kept clean and supplied. Not something that can be said about some venues we've played in.
