Scotch egg, that is. For those manly men who haven't tried one, they are a hard-boiled egg (peeled), wrapped in ground sausage, then deep fried. I love'em, ESPECIALLY with beer, and this place has a good egg and good beer (I preferred the Stout and the Red).
I also had a couple of oyster shooters and a bowl of their "SBC Chile." HEY, it's a brewhouse! Rough tables/benches/chairs but just perfect for what it is. The chile was a bit strange. It was mostly super tender marinated beef and with, I think, maybe 6 or 7 black beans, so it could officially be called "chile."
Well, I like the place. I wish we had it (or at least their food) in my town, Spokane.
