I read previous reviews which included WiFi issues but figured they would have it fixed a month later. Nope, the internet still is wonky at best. Not only WiFi, but hard wired connections all get dropped frequently because of duplicate IP Address assignments. Sometimes reconnecting doesn't happen for hours. Unfortunately the on site manager has ZERO authority to address an correct the problem. With the right network access the manager could have fixed this problem with a little professional phone support. However, two weeks after giving a full network scan and pointers how to fix it, nothing has been done and the problem persists. In an age where EVERYONE relies on the internet this is unacceptable.
To have the same issue two months later is not "FIVE STAR" quality that the park advertises. Five star resorts address customer concerns within hours not months.
I feel for the on site managers as they get hammered by the guests about the internet. I have talked at length about what the issue is with the on site manager, but they do not have access to the routers and servers to fix the problem.
The rest of the park is quite nice, albeit a little loud. There is a FedEx Freight distribution center directly behind the park. Trucks come and go at all hours of the night. Freeway and railway noises are also prevalent.
The facilities are well kept and maintained. The laundry, showers and hot tub facilities are always clean and well maintained. The sites are wide and deep for the back in and even longer for the pull through. The on site managers work hard on a daily basis to make guest experience enjoyable. Aside from the two month long internet fiasco and local industrial noise, this is a nice park.
