I used to love going in here for their prime rib. When my daughter came for a visit last summer I brought her here. Big mistake. The service was good, as usual, and as usual the noise level was very intense. No sound deadening at all and all sound just reverbates - and I'm slightly hard of hearing too. Insult to injury, there was a group of four women seated close by and they spent their time regaling each other with stories accompanied by screaming laughter. Constantly. You could not carry on a conversation. No one approached them to ask them to quiet down in spite of other nearby customers glaring at them and for once, I saw no sign of the manager. When we checked out, the cashier acknowledged they had had other complaints, but no one seemed capable of dealing with it. This was last summer and I haven't been back since. Should have done this review sooner and was prompted today while watching "Restaurant Stakeout." I'm still upset about it as this was my favorite restaurant for all things beef. Shame.
