This is a lot different than home town buffet. You get your bowls and fill them up with noodles, veggies, raw meat and sauces and then go stand in line and wait for the cooks to grab your bowls and wait for them to fry everything. And you can go as many times as you want. It can get pretty busy. It is really cheap which was nice but the variety of food wasn't very big. Pretty much everything that you can combine together turns out into various style of Asian noodles and that's it. The service was very nice and the cooks are doing a great job.
