I stayed at the Shilo Inn because of the advertised high speed internet access, but I had continual problems for which only one person on the staff had any knowledge. As I used the internet, I was continually dropped from the server and I never was able to get my email working properly and as I was troubleshooting in my room and tried to call the front desk for help, they didn't answer. I tried several times using the 'front desk' button on my phone and it never was answered. Good thing I did not have a real emergency, because I had to take the elevator to the front desk to get a response.
