“A nice Motel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

Stay here one night. This is a very nice motel. The front desk was very nice and was a lot of help. The price was a little high but I will not hold that against them. The place was very clean and no noise. It was a great night over all. We will stay again

Room Tip: Check in early

We book this hotel at 130$ a night/king/bath tub/on weekend..., we went to few easy hikes in the area (painted hills, visiting Bend) and wanted to stay over as we did not wanted to drive back to Portland. The location is very good, small shopping mall with eating around, pretty nice, but not in down town which was fine for us. The room we had - # 206 was clean visually but it was smelly - oldish overall. The bed it self was too soft so when I turned around at night, my wife wake up and vice verse. We could hear a next room shower very loudly at 1-2 am when a guest there took shower / bath... It reminded me on cheap apartment buildings where you hear everything, not that the quest was loud, it was so poor soundproofed. Neither me, nor my wife had good sleep - that is all we were looking for. Breakfast was more on the "less stocked" end. Only after we were finished eating that little what left over, the staff stocked it back... They could be checking periodically if anything needs to be added.... The coffee was not good at all (like they were trying to save on it), so we had to head out to McDonalds/Starbucks for normal drip coffee... there were no fruits stocked other than bunch of oranges, no apples or bananas. No whip cream for waffles. Staff was friendly though. Compare to other BWs this was only average. If the cost over night would be sub 100$ it would match, but not for $100+

I love this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The pool is comfortable, not cold, and the hot tub is actually hot.. They serve a complete breakfast, not just continental. My grandsons love when visit because they get to swim at the hotel. They are always for our requested early check in, and we get the ground floor room that we need.

Nestled on the outskirts of a quaint town, the Best Western Prineville is very nice. The staff are courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean, sanitized, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The air conditioning in the summer can be set to keep the room comfortable throughout the day. The pool/jacuzzi are clean and open 24 hrs. Definitely a comfortable night away from home.

I am glad that you had a comfortable night. W are in a quaint little town. But not to far away from Bend and Redmond. Our staff works very hard at keeping the rooms looking nice. It is nice to have the pool and spa open all night. Please do come back and stay with as again.

I was headed east on Hwy 26 to Condon via Service Creek and Fossil. I didn't believe there would be other motels between Prineville and Condon still open so late at night. So when I saw the Best Western sign I pulled
in. The reception staff was very friendly and efficient. Check-in was easy. I was in my room in just a few minutes. The room was clean and all the amenities. I would recommend staying here.

We arrived in the late evening after driving from Eugene and hiking in the Willamette National Forest. No problem with a late check in and we were given good directions on which side door to enter to access our second floor room. There is no elevator. The (king bed) room and bath were spacious and appeared to be recently renovated. Furnishings were nicer than we had expected and included a mini frig and microwave. The shower had decent water pressure. Everything appeared to be clean and in good repair. The pool/hot tub hours are 24/7 for adults. Breakfast included hot items (scrambled eggs, sausage, make it yourself waffles) and there was some fresh fruit (apples and oranges)--overall good for a balanced breakfast before hitting the road. The hotel was perfect for our overnight needs and we would definitely stay again if we return to Prineville.

Thank you for your review and staying with us. Yes we did just renovate our bathrooms this year. we do try to keep a well stocked breakfast and a little bit of everything for everybody's appetite. It sounds like you had a busy day before stopping and staying with us. We would love for you to come back and stay with us again.

This is an excellent motel in Prineville Oregon. It is very comfortable, clean and located in downtown Prineville. It is also pet friendly and I felt very comfortable having my dog with me. I will certainly stay there again when I am in the area.
