Only stayed one night. This was a great location--it is in SW but about two blocks away from NW, for the record. Around the corner from a huge block of food carts (SW 9th/Alder) and Powells!
Pros... Clean and friendly front desk. Amazing coffee (drink) machine that can make chai lattes. Had about 5 of those in my very brief stay... :] Large bathroom and loved the eco-friendly lack of mini shampoos (wall dispenser).
Cons....we had a full bed in our one bed room, which seemed unusual. Figured most hotels have a king or two twins in their one bed, but the space where the bed goes is fairly small, so.
Breakfast was offered and had delicious muffins but no meat, which is my biggest complaint. I like to have some protein beyond a hard boiled egg. Oh well.
We unfortunately missed the afternoon cookies/tea and wine, but seems like a nice perk if you're around for it!
