“Buffalo is the best!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 12, 2013

Food and the character in Ambiance very good.
Buffalo heads my favorite & Sitting Bull.
Was like driving through South Dakota beyond the Bandlands with a better breakfast than Wall Drug.

“Great Neighborhood Eatery”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 11, 2012

This place is great. Awesome Happy Hour food and wonderful staff. Love the Corn Dog. Check them out on Tuesdays, they have 75 cent tacos.

“Perfect place to unwind”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 18, 2012

Lots of fun, great food, and nice beer selection. This was a great place for me to nurse my wounds after my sweet Rangers lost the wildcard game.

“ehhhh..... I've had much better.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 3, 2012

Local pub, it was ok, great service. Food was nothing to rave about. Just did lunch & drinks at this place, probably won't visit again, just didn't impress me. Might be different at night when there's more business in there. Don't order the Mediterrean Pasta or sliders, it was flavorless.

“A Portland Institution”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 31, 2012

We lived in Portland for several years before moving to Southern California. We frequently ate breakfast at the Buffalo Gap and the food & service were consistently first-rate. I just returned from an Oregon trip and ate at the Gap for the first time in 15 years. Lunch first and breakfast the following morning and both meals were excellent. The "sweet cream flapjacks" were the best panckes I have ever consumed and, true to the menu description, were dinner-plate size. When in Portland, don't miss the Buffalo Gap. Food and service are great and prices are modest.
