We had a very nice dinner here - way more food than we could eat. Everything tasted wonderful.
We didn't have particularly good service - it was more a place for young people, and it has been my experience that older people can be invisible to wait staff. Maybe they think we don't tip well, but that isn't true. A manager was walking around talking to diners and talked to the young couples of both sides of us, but didn't even say hello.
I'd probably go back if I ever return to Portland, as the food was excellent. It was close to our hotel, which was a plus, but we had to walk past several groups of homeless sleeping on the streets.
