Happy Hour is serious business in Portland and the really smart restaurants take it that way. Often we think you might get tiny bits of easy to prepare pub grub but at the PCG you get items you would find on the dinner menu, just small plates but never skimpy. A recent rainy Sunday found us in a window booth waited on by the delightful Erin who represents the brand the PCG has created. We had caesar, cali roll, shrimp/grits and two drinks each for $43.05 + tip.
Great presentation, wonderfully prepared and excellent services with a view of Mt. Hood...well, almost. Got a lightning show instead.
