Not sure what is inspiring this cuisine, but it is unbalanced and confused. Smoked butterfish that tasted of smoke and not much else, a wrap with tuna whose texture was slimy and tough, and lacked flavor. Pressed sushi that wasn't quite pressed, and had an excess of grated ginger.
Probably better to stick to noodles but we left before venturing further on menu
Service from hostess was good, in fact if she hasn't bugged a server after seeing us still unattended after 5 minutes we may never had eaten
