I was skeptical of this place at first because Portland wakes late and so the streets were deserted on our approach. I quickly learned The reputation is well deserved.
I normally don't order Asian or Asian fusion dishes like bimbap a a place that is not Korean (or Chinese, etc.) but the bimbap at tasty and alder was incredible. I couldn't get enough of it.
We also had potato bravas - also brilliant.
The donuts were great too. But the frittata wasn't my fave.
Tip is to go early for brunch and you will have no trouble with a table. Portland really rises late.
