This friendly Pearl restaurant has a nice bar and a few sidewalk cafe tables, or dining inside with firm leather booth seating. The menu for us last time included a richly tasty whole trout, celery and capers salad, homemade ravioli filled with veal and pork, wild boar ragout on thin pasta, and a very nice wine list. We started with perfectly made martinis with a twist of lemon and shaken to leave only clear floes of ice on the top. Also liked the mix of music they were playing. The only problem here is a noisy fan from the kitchen, which I noticed the last time I was there, too. This place used to be called Paradiso but still has the same owners, one of whom is in the band Pink Martini.
