We just came back from visiting Portland in the last week. We arrived just before 11:00am and there was no line but I hear on weekends there could be long waits. It has all the traditional Hong Kong style dimsum with a wide variety and a great price (on weekdays, don't know what the regular price is on weekends). The deep fried taro pastry stuffed with minced meat and their baked pineapple bun with custard inside was our favourite. The fried steam rice roll with XO sauce was a disappointment though after the staff hawking the item has raved about how it is one of their specialities. It was bland and tasteless. Overall the food was good and the dimsum carts came regularly. We didn't even know they had a weekday specials until we got the bill. On weekdays all small to large dimsum are $2,75 ea. The seven of us (4 adults & 3 kids) ate till we can't finished and the bill was around $40. What value! Will definitely go back. Hopefully the special will still be around :)
