IOHO this is the best attraction in Portland. All of the flora appears to have been landscaped to interact in harmony with the flow of natural light. As a result, every spot in the park looks different as the sun crosses the sky. I quipped to my Chief Spousal Unit that I could do a Master's degree in the interaction of light and horticulture in this park alone. The best time of year of shooting: the last two weeks of October.
