“keep cool in the summer”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 6, 2009

The visitors center used to be near this fountain, but it moved to Pioneer Courthouse Square a few years ago. The fountain is at Waterfront Park, and it's an interactive fountain. Many fountains in Portland are! The water shifts into different patterns, and on hot days you'll find plenty of kids running in and out of the fountain to keep cool. It's okay. It's chlorinated.
