“A wonderful drive”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 3, 2015 NEW

We drove from Portland around on Highway 30, past several wonderful waterfalls. Many of them are right on the side of the road. You don't have to look for them, as there are a ton of cars parked at each one. Some of the falls are in areas where you have to hike in 1-3 miles, so if you have time, you are certain to be rewarded.

“Beautiful scenic drive”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 2, 2015 NEW

Took a day trip along the gorge and visited Vista Point, which was scenic and had an interesting background story. Loved Multnomah Falls! Ended our drive in Mt. Hood with a tasting at the Naked Winery! Don't miss this scenic drive. I wish we would have had more time!

“Nice tourist spot to stop”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 2, 2015 NEW

It was during spring break so it was a bit crowded. We were lucky to find a parking spot on the side of the road. as one of the seven wonders of Oregon we had to visit the falls. The short hike up to the second viewing area was easy but as I said it was very crowded. Went in the store and picked up a few items. The restaurant looked a bit busy so that's good for their business. I'd stop here again and maybe take a longer hike up the falls.

The trails, the waterfalls, the river, mountains, dams, oh my!
Breathtaking scenery all up and down the gorge.

A must see if in the area.
