Fairfield Inn by the airport if perfect if you want to be close to the airport, freeways, and looking for that outstanding service from a hotel. The room accomodations are great and the people are just so warm and friendly. They are going through renovations now and I only see it being even better. I feel safe and know that anytime I'm in town they'll take care of me. Thanks Fairfield staff!!! Carrie Dash

I stayed at this hotel because I wanted to be close to PDX for an early morning flight. The complimentary shuttle to the airport was very convenient. The hotel itself is ok. The room I stayed in could use a renovation. There are a few fast food dining options around the hotel but not much else. At this hotel, you're paying for its proximity to the airport. If that's the reason for your stay, the hotel meets its goal. I would not stay here, or at any of the other hotels close to PDX, if you plan to be in the Portland area for more than a day.
