We love this place but get so disappointed going there lately. Why? Because we can't get a seat. The place is packed most of the time during most of the hours between 11:00 am - 3 pm. It breaks our hearts as we love their hamburgers and milk shakes. We tried 3 times in the month of July but had to leave, no room. We tried 4 times in the month of August again, no room. We tried 5 times in September and again NO room. We tried again twice in October and you guessed it, no room. So, we have decided not to go for the rest of the year. We'll try again in January and if no room, we'll get it to go. But, we will ask what is the best time to get a seat. In the months of August and September, we tried after 3 pm and closer to 4 pm with the same problem. We tried to stagger our times to go but, it's just our bad luck. We did rate them high on the voting last year and this year. They are worth it but, we like to eat our food hot. Take-out just isn't the same sometimes.

We recently spent one week in Coos Bay. Based on reviews, we decided to go to Yeong's. My husband ordered the giant burger and I had a halibut burger. First, the giant burger. It would have been humerous had we not paid 8.95!. It was a GIANT bun surrounding a most average size hamburger patty. I took a picture and wish I could post. We would all get a good laugh. Next was the 9 dollar plus halibut burger. What on earth! This was a frozen breaded patty which could have been purchased in the frozen section at Wal-Mart. Is this the best Coos Bay has to offer? Be cautious of the rave reviews. Surely there is something better!

We used to love this place, would eat here 2-3 times a month for the last 2 years but as of today we are no longer customers. We have gotten used to them forgetting the bacon, they forget it almost every-time, note they do not forget to charge for it though. But When I got attitude returning my burger that had cheese on it that was the last straw. I take it back up saying "when you asked if I wanted cheese I said no" "well I thought you said yes" was the reply; then she sighs, rolls her eyes and says "can't you just eat the cheese" HELLO I AM ALLERGIC TO DAIRY that is why I said NO to the cheese. Then I get back to the table and yet again my husbands burger doesn't have the bacon and his curly fries are so old and burnt that you could break a cement chunk with them. Every time our order is wrong it is the same girl taking orders, she doesn't listen and is has gotten too old. I would rather give my money to somebody else.
