This old victorian house has been restored to perfection, and good taste, details are amazing and it is spotless clean. We spent an hour just touring the house and looking at every corner.
The drive to the Dalles, by means of the historic highway, was a breathtaking experience, under the warm light of the sunset.
After an excellent dinner at nearby Hood River town, we returned to the Mosier house, where we spent some time on the porch, staring at a spectacular starry night.
In the morning, the hostess treated us to a delicious breakfast, definitely the best blueberry pancakes we ever had.
Notes: not all rooms have bathrooms, there are 3 in the halls however. Rooms cannot accomodate 4, so the kids slept (happily) in another room, right in front of ours.
By the way, the hostess is not weird, she only has a little trouble hearing... she is a lovely lady very accommodating.
